1. Eligibility Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, replacement, or refund.

2. What’s Covered

We gladly offer free replacements or refunds if your item arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective or misprinted
  • Incorrect in size, color, or design compared to your order

      3. What’s Not Covered

      Because our products are custom‑made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

      • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
      • Incorrect size or wrong item ordered
      • Normal wear and tear

      4. How to Start a Return or Replacement

      Email us at chubbymermaidshop@gmail.com with:

      • Your order number
      • Photos of the issue
      • A brief description of the problem

          We’ll review your request within 2 business days and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.

          5. Return Shipping

          In most cases, you won’t need to send the item back. If a return is required, we’ll provide instructions and cover the cost if the issue is our fault.

          6. Refunds

          Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

          7. Replacements

          Replacements will be expedited as quickly as possible but no later than normal shipping and production time. Replacements will she shipped normal ground. Customer can pay expedited shipping.
